Purchase terms
The 48-Hour AI Lead Intake + Follow-Up Automation Sprint is a $600 fixed-scope service from Mostly Right LLC. A $300 deposit is due before implementation starts. The remaining $300 balance is due after handoff.
Fulfillment
The 48-hour build window begins after required account access, intake answers, and workflow approval are received. Delivery includes the installed workflow, a simple dashboard, documentation, and a handoff walkthrough.
Refunds and cancellations
The deposit is refundable before implementation begins. Once implementation has started, the deposit is non-refundable because work has been reserved and performed. If Mostly Right cannot deliver the agreed fixed scope, the undelivered portion is refunded.
Privacy
Mostly Right uses customer contact details, business details, and workflow access only to evaluate, build, deliver, and support the sprint. Do not send sensitive medical, legal, financial, children's, or regulated data. To request deletion, email hello@mostlyright.io.

Is this a full CRM?
No. It is a fixed-scope intake workflow with a simple dashboard and handoff documentation.
Do you send emails automatically?

Can this work without AI?
Yes. Classification works with deterministic rules. Optional AI can be added only when configured and approved.
What tools do you support?

What happens after the 7-day bugfix window?
